The "marching ants" effect is a dotted, animated border commonly seen in graphic editing tools like Photoshop and spreadsheet apps like Excel. It visually indicates a selected area, making it clear to the user what’s about to be copied or interacted with.

    Smart.Grid will soon support copy selections with animated borders, giving users immediate visual feedback for their clipboard actions.
