The license is suitable for commercial websites and projects or a corporate intranet. The license is perpetual and allows royalty free distribution with your websites and applications. Each new license includes 1-year of free product updates and technical support plan. New versions and support plan renewal is optional and costs 50% of the price of a new license.
For license agreement questions, support and updates plan renewals, license upgrades, Enterprise and OEM usage, licenses with more than 2-years support and updates plan or if you wish to license a subsidiary or affiliate organizations, please contact our sales department. After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation from our payment provider. Return Policy

Smart HTML Elements Community version is licensed under the permissive Apache v2 license and is copyright 2019 jQWidgets LTD.
It requires you to:
Keep the license and copyright notice included in our JavaScript files when you use them in your works.
It allows you to:
- Freely download and use Smart HTML Elements, in whole or in part, for personal, private, company internal, or commercial purposes
- Use our Custom Elements in packages or distributions that you create
It forbids you to:
- Redistribute any piece of Smart HTML Elements without proper attribution
- Hold the authors and license owners liable for damages as our product is provided without warranty
- Hold the creators or copyright holders of the product liable
- Use any marks owned by us in any way that might state or imply that our company endorses your distribution or
that you created the software in question
